The death has occurred of:
Vincent (Vinny) NEESON
We, the wife, daughters, sons and grandchildren of the late Vincent (Vinny) Neeson wish to express our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised and supported us in this difficult time.
We would like to give a special thanks to our family circle, close friends and neighbours for their love, kindness and support shown during his final days and the days since his passing. A heartfelt thanks to those who helped during the wake and funeral and to all who called at the house, sent cards, flowers and messages of condolence, provided food and attended the funeral.
Special thanks to the District Nursing team, staff at Craigavon and Antrim Area hospitals, Loy Medical Practice and Falls Chemist for their outstanding care, patience and support. Also the carers from Ann’s home Care and Extra Care who provided dignified care and kindness to dad and support to the entire family. The help and support provided to Mum and all of the family by everyone involved in keeping dad comfortable was exceptional.
Thank you to Fr. Slater who called to see dad regularly, especially in his last few days and the touching mass and kind words and burial afterwards in Lissan accompanied by Monsignor Curry. Also to Fr McNally, Fr Boyle, Sr Dympna and Sr Joan. Sincere thanks to the grave diggers, to Lissan Parish for providing chairs for the wake and to Michael McElhatton and staff for providing equipment for the wake and the refreshments after the funeral in the Greenvale.
A heartfelt thanks to Margaret Conlon and Patrick Slevin for providing the beautiful singing and music during the Mass. A sincere thank you to Kate McAleer at McAleer Bros Funeral Directors, Pomeroy for the dignified and professional way in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. The guidance, kindness, consideration and support given to us was exceptional.
As it would be impossible to thank you all individually we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation. Months mind Mass will be celebrated in Holy Trinity Church, Cookstown on Tuesday 24th December at 7:30pm
