We, the family of the late Una Mulligan (nee Somerville) wish to express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all those who sympathised with us following the death of our beloved, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. We especially thank our kind relatives, friends and neighbours, including those who travelled some distance to be with us, for their warm support during this time and indeed during mummy’s final few months. We thank all those who called to our family home, sent cards, messages of support and to all those who helped in any way, in particular, those who helped at the house during the wake.
Our sincere gratitude to Father Michael O’Dwyer for his spiritual support and the beautiful requiem mass. Thank you to all who participated in the mass and to Noeleen Neil for the beautiful music.
We express our sincere gratitude to Paudge Quinn for the professional, dignified and compassionate handling of the funeral arrangements and his invaluable advice at this time. And to those who prepared mummy’s final resting place with such care, we thank you.
Finally but by no means least, we want to give a special word of thanks to the carers who attended to Mummy at home and to the staff of Glenview Nursing Home, who carried out their duties with dignity and professionalism and we will be forever grateful for the care and attention Mummy received during this time.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our deep and everlasting gratitude. The love, warmth and support of our wider families and friends will always continue to be a source of comfort and support.
Mummy’s month’s mind will be held on Friday 7th June 2024 at 7pm in the Church of The Immaculate Conception Ballygawley.
Joanne, Paul, Bronagh and families.
