Thomas Gerald FORTH
Forth January 18th 2022 (peacefully) at Braefield Nursing Home, Thomas Gerald dearly loved Husband of Elizabeth, 3 Rockgrove Valley, Ballymena and loving Father of William, dear Brother of Douglas, Evelyn and the late Cyril and Muriel.
Funeral service in Stevenson’s Funeral Home 30 Cushendall Road, Ballymena on Friday the 21st at 12 noon followed by interment in Ballymena Cemetery (new extension).
