Moffatt, Thomas Alexander (Tommy), passed away peacefully 24 December 2019 in Cairnmartin Care Home surrounded by his loving family. Much loved husband of Evelyn. Greatly loved father of Tom and Karen. Loving Grandfather to Jennifer, Victoria, Thomas and Lauren. Great Grandfather (Papi) of Rylee. Will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his entire family circle.

A funeral service will be held in Roselawn Crematorium, Belfast on Thursday 2 January 2020 at 2.30 pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired, direct to Alzheimer's Society, 30 Skegoneill Street, Belfast, BT25 3JL.
