We the family of the late Sean Monaghan wish to express our deep appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised and supported us on our recent bereavement.
Our heartfelt thanks to our kind relatives, neighbours and friends who called at our family home, brought mass cards, sympathy cards, telephoned and left messages on social media, brought food and floral tributes.
We are forever indebted to all who helped in any way, especially those who made tea and assisted with traffic management.
Thanks to the paramedics who attended Sean on the morning of his passing.
Thanks to the team of carers from the Northern Health and Social Care Trust who along with the District Nursing team cared for Sean in such a professional manner. Your support allowed Sean to remain at home, something that we will be eternally grateful for. Thanks also to the staff of Drapersfield House for providing excellent care to Sean at the beginning of the year.
Thanks to Fr. Hughes for his spiritual support over the past year. Thank you to Monsignor Curry and Fr. Bradley for the meaningful funeral service. Thanks also to the Eucharistic ministers and readers.
