Megarry Sarah, passed away 24th July 2020 peacefully at home. Much loved wife of the late Andrew.
Dearly loved and cherished mother of Donald, Andrew, Terry, Shirley, and the late Sally. Much loved
Grandmother. Will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by the entire family circle.

A restricted Funeral service will be held in Church of the Holy Spirit ( COI ) 60 Manse Road, Newtownabbey on Tuesday 28th July 2020 at 12.00 noon. Committal Private.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired (cheques made payable) to Alzheimers NI c/o Houston & Williamson Funeral Directors, 117 Crumlin Road, Belfast BT14 6AD.

Tired and weary MUM you made no fuss
you tried so hard to stay with us,
God closed your eyes and gave you rest,
for He alone knows what is best.

Love you mum always. Son Drew and grandson Adam Monday 27 July 2020
God saw you were getting tired. When a cure was not to be.
He closed his arms around you and whispered ‘Come to me.’
In tears we saw you sinking, we watched you slowly fade away.
Our hearts were almost broken, you fought so hard to stay.
But when we saw you sleeping, so peacefully, free from pain,
we should not wish you back to suffer that again.
So treasure her, lord, in your garden of rest.
For here on earth, she was the best.
We will see you soon. Peacefully sleeping now. We will love you forever Mum and never forget you.
Your ever loving daughter Shirley, husband John, granddaughter Jade and grandson John.

If roses grow in heaven,
Lord please pick a bunch for me,
Place them in my Mother’s arms
and tell her they’re from me.

Tell her I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for awhile.

Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day,
but there’s an ache within my heart
that will never go away.

My beautiful mum, loved and cherished so much more than words can ever describe, by son Terry, fiancee Tanya, children, Leah, Ryan, Jack and Chloe.
