Forde Sammie-Jo, 11th September 2021, beautiful wife of John and devoted mum of Max, Ruby, Milo and Daisy.
A Funeral Service will take place in Redburn Cemetery on Monday 20th September at 3.00pm, leaving from John Gray & Co 138 High St, Holywood at 2.30pm.
