The death has occurred of:
Percy Thomas George HAWKES
10th October 2017 (peacefully) at hospital, late of 3 Fecarry Road, Omagh, dearly loved husband of the late Olive, loving father of Mark and Mandy, father-in-law of Cathy and much loved granda of Charlie and Emily.
Funeral from his late home on Thursday at 1.30 pm for service in Mayne Methodist Church. Interment afterwards in Cappagh Parish Churchyard.

Will be sadly missed by his loving family and entire family circle.
