Murtagh (Lurgan). June 30, 2022, suddenly but peacefully at home. Michael, Kilmore Road, beloved son of the late Hugh and Nora Murtagh and loving brother of Mary, Patricia, Clare, John and the late Harry, a dear brother in law and a cherished uncle and great uncle.

Requiem Mass for Michael will be celebrated on Sunday at 3.00 pm in St. Peter’s Church. Burial afterwards in St. Colman’s Cemetery.

O Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in Thee. St. Martin pray for him

The family home will remain strictly private.

Family flowers only please.

Will be sadly missed by his loving family and entire family circle.

It was with great sadness that I heard of Michael's passing. We have been internet friends for a couple of years due to our passion for great music. We met up a during my visit to Northern Ireland few weeks ago the afternoon before attending a Limelight gig that evening. He was such a nice, generous and supporting person and will be missed by all of his numerous friends across the globe.
On behalf of all of his internet music loving friends including myself I send our Sympathy and Love to all his Family and close Friends. Robert Smith and Michaels internet family. Sunday 03 July 2022
