Margaret (Peggy) DEVLIN (née Mooney)
The family of the recently deceased Margaret Mary (Peggy) Devlin, nee Mooney, (Stewartstown and formerly Edendork) wish to extend our grateful appreciation to all those who attended her wake and/or funeral; phoned, wrote letters, sent sympathy cards to communicate their condolences, or had Masses offered for the repose of her soul.
We wish to thank the following people for their contribution during the funeral service: The Ballyclog and Donaghendry Parish choir for providing comforting music; staff of The former Primate Dixon Girls’ Primary School for providing a guard of honour; Fr O’Neill for a sensitive homily and thoughtful concelebration of the funeral service; and all those who participated in the funeral service in various ways.
We wish also to acknowledge the contribution of the Stewartstown Church Hall Committee’s volunteers for the provision of refreshments to all funeral attendees. We appreciate the delicious food provided by local businesses and family friends.
We are incredibly thankful to all those who tirelessly supported the family during the wake.
P.J and Patrick Quinn and Mark McQuaid of P. Quinn & Son undertakers provided a sensitive and professional service during this sad period, for which we are truly grateful.
Finally, we wish to thank all those who wrote heartfelt tributes to Margaret (Peggy), which brought the family much solace.
A memorial Mass will be held on Sunday 29th September 2024 at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Stewartstown, Co. Tyrone.
