We, Margaret-Mary’s parents Kathleen and Tony along with Margaret-Mary’s sibling’s Kelley and Tony & her Children Demi-Leigh, Aimee and Connall, nieces, nephews and wider family would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support at the time of the sudden loss of our dear Margaret-Mary.
To all our family, friends and wider community who called to our home to express their sympathy, those who brought mass cards and those who sent floral tributes your gestures and kindness was greatly appreciated. We thank all those also who went above and beyond to bring refreshments and food. Especially Foyle Removals and Hillcrest Trust.
To the clergy, we would like to express our sincere thanks to Fr. Joe Gormley who blessed Margaret-Mary in her home and to Fr. Patrick Lagan, Fr. Kevin Mulhern, Fr. Gerard Mongan and Fr. Michael Canny for attending the wake, your collective presence & words of comfort brought great peace at a traumatic time in our grief.
In particular we would like to thank Fr. Patrick Lagan for celebrating Margaret-Mary’s Requiem Mass and burial it was truly beautiful and to Fr. Joe Gormley for concelebrating, thank you.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Erin Carlin and Isobel Caldwell for the beautiful sacred music which enhanced and beautified Margaret-Mary’s funeral mass, it was truly emotional.
With all our heart we wish to thank Bradley & McLaughlin Funeral Directors who took care of Margaret-Mary’s funeral arrangements with great care and dignity, in particular we wish to extend our sincere thanks to the caring undertakers who were with us Charlie, Paul, Joe, Denis and Kieran all of you were ever so caring and accommodating throughout Margaret-Mary’s release, wake and funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we ask that you take this acknowledgement as a sincere thank you to you all.
The holy sacrifice of the mass will be offered on Mon 15th July at 7.30pm in St Columb’s Church, Chapel road for the repose of Margaret-Mary’s soul and in thanksgiving for all your support and prayers.
