SCOTT – The Family of the late Keith Scott (23 Jacksonville Road, Dungannon), would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who offered sympathy, prayers and support on the loss of Keith, a beloved Daddy, Son and Brother.
We are truly thankful to all who paid their respect in any form, and also for the donations in lieu of The Cardiomyopathy Association.
Our sincere thanks to the dedicated carers who attended Keith at home, your support was invaluable.
We extend our deepest appreciation to the Rev Matthew Topley for his compassionate care and spiritual support which he provided.
To Caroline Bowles (N.I Ambulance service) our heartfelt thanks for your caring support and guidance which you provided at a very difficult time.
Our deepest appreciation goes to Dereck Marshall & Sons, Funeral Directors for their assistance and the professional and dignified way in which they handled the funeral arrangements, in addition thank you to the gravediggers for preparing Keith's final resting place.
As a family we are eternally grateful to all our Family and Friends who helped provide refreshments during Keith's wake and funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our thanks and appreciation.
