Kathleen WALLACE (née Lagan)
The family, husband Gary and sons Jason and Dylan of the late Kathleen Wallace (nee Lagan) of 5 Westbury Crescent, Cookstown wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.
Thanks to: Everyone who called at the wake, brought Mass and Sympathy cards, sent flowers, attended the funeral or viewed the funeral mass online, especially Kathleen’s younger brother Stephen who unfortunately could not be with us at this time;
Thanks to all Relatives, and Friends who have supported them during this difficult time and helped out during the wake, a special thanks to Kathleen’s nephew J.P Lagan;
To the medical staff from the Ambulance service who attended to Kathleen on the morning of the 25th of February;
To Joanna Loughran from Niall A Loughran Funeral Directors for the professional and caring manner in which she carried out the funeral arrangements;
A special word of thanks to Fr Slater for attending the house during the wake, for celebrating Kathleen’s requiem Mass and for the touching eulogy. Thanks also to Fr Boyle for the time he spent with us during the wake;
To Margaret Ann Conlan and Patrick Slevin for the beautiful singing and music during the Mass;
To the bagpiper Connor McCallion for his touching songs during the funeral;
Thanks also to everyone who contributed food and refreshments for the wake and after the funeral;
To the grave diggers who prepared Kathleen’s resting place with great care and diligence.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone personally who was so kind to us, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
Kathleen’s months mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 24th March at 12 noon at Holy Trinity Church Cookstown.
