Kozlowski Karol 25th June 2024 Peacefully at his residence, Woodlawn Heights.
Will be greatly missed by his family and friends in both Poland and Northern Ireland.
The Family welcome you to Joseph Poots & Son on Sunday 30th June between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 3rd July at 11.00 a.m. in Joseph Poots & Son Funeral Home followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium.
