Jordain HART
HART Jordain R.I.P. suddenly at home 9th August 2023. Dearly beloved partner of Sam, much loved father of Jack, cherished son of Gerard and Geraldine. Late of 29 Barbour Green Lisburn and 16 Willowvale Avenue.
Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his Soul.
Jordain’s remains will leave his late home 29 Barbour Gardens on Tuesday 15th August at 9.00am to arrive at St Michael The Archangel Church for 10am Requiem Mass. Burial to follow in Milltown Cemetery.
Jordain will be sadly missed by his entire family circle.
