The death has occurred of:
John O'Hagan
We, John’s family would like to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us on the loss of a much loved brother, brother in law and uncle. Heartfelt thanks are extended to our family circle, friends and neighbours for their sympathy and support.
A special thanks to those who called at John’s home, sent Mass and sympathy cards and attended the funeral in St. Brigid’s Chapel, Killyman. To all those who brought food and helped out during the wake and supported us in any way, we are forever grateful.
We thank Killyman St. Mary’s GFC for the running of the shuttle bus and stewarding throughout John’s wake and for their guard of honour at the Chapel. Thanks also to all who attended St. Mary’s Park in huge numbers for John’s final farewell to the place that meant so much to him throughout his life and to the staff at Craigavon Area Hospital for their tireless care of John over the past year and all those who helped to care for John throughout his time of ill health.
A special word of thanks to Dean Donaghy for his support and guidance and for the very thoughtful and fitting funeral Mass and to Briege, Susie and Nuala for the beautiful music. Thanks also to Kathleen, the Sacristan for her help on the day.
Sincere thanks also to Patsy and Edel from Patsy Taggart Funeral Directors for their professional care, attention and support with all the funeral arrangements.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude to all.
John’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday 10th January at 7.30pm in St Brigid’s Chapel, Killyman.
