We, the family of the late John Maguire wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised with us in our recent bereavement.

A word of thanks for the support of family, friends and neighbours, to those who sent cards, flowers, messages of sympathy, attended the wake, funeral and supported our family during this difficult time. A special mention to John’s friends who visited him frequently during his illness.

Thanks to all the medical care teams in Belfast City Hospital and Craigavon Area Hospital. Heartfelt thanks to all the care teams in Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, District Nursing, Parkview Surgery, Nadine and staff at MediCare Dungannon, who cared for John with such compassion and dedication.

We extend our thanks to Fr McAleer and Fr Mulhern for conducting a moving requiem mass, Fr Breslan and Fr McGuckin for their presence. A special word of thanks to Fr Breslan for his support and regular visits to John, which gave him great comfort during his illness.

Special thanks to Paudge, Eoin and team at E Quinn and Sons Funeral Directors for their professionalism and guidance in facilitating the funeral arrangements.

Thank you also to all the members of the community who helped in any way during the wake and funeral. To Angela Morgan and Rory Madden for the beautiful singing and music during the funeral mass. A further thank you to Galbally Community Centre and Galbally Pearses GFC for the use of their facilities.

Lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his wife Gretta, his son Shane and daughters Marisa and Arlene, daughter-in-law, sons'-in-law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, the entire family circle and friends.

John’s Month's Mind Mass will take place at 7.30pm on Friday, 7th June at St John the Baptist Church, Galbally. May John rest in eternal peace. St. Padre Pio, pray for him.
