We, the family of the late Jackie Grant wish to express our sincere thanks to our family, friends and neighbours who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.
Thank you to all who attended the wake and funeral, sent mass cards and flowers or provided and served food during the wake – we are truly grateful for your support.
Thank you also to the Medical staff at Oakleaf Medical, the Foyle Hospice and Marie Curie nurses, your professional care eased his suffering.
Thank you to all at W. J. O’Brien and Son Funeral Directors, Eglinton for the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral.
We extend a special thanks to Fr Gormley for a beautiful Requiem Mass and thoughtful eulogy and Fr Kemmy for officiating at the graveside. Thank you also to Isobel Caldwell and the choir of Holy Family Chapel for the amazing singing and touching choice of music.
Finally, thank you to the Staff of An Grianan Hotel, Burt, for providing the beautiful refreshments after the funeral.
It is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deep appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for the intentions of all.
