31st January 2023 passed peacefully in Carrickfergus Manor surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Arthur. Much loved mum of Elizabeth, Daphne and Sylvia, father-in-law to Alan, Robert and Norman. A devoted nanny to Colin, Mark, Neil, Matthew, Michelle, Rachel and Philip and a cherished great-grandmother.

A service to celebrate Jean’s life will take place in Greenisland Presbyterian Church, 166 Upper Road, Carrickfergus BT38 8RW on Tuesday 7th February 2023 at 10.00am followed by burial in Victoria Cemetery Carrickfergus.

Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by the entire family circle.

God’s garden must be beautiful he only picks the best.

God called your name so softly that only you could hear,
and no-one heard the footsteps of the Angels drawing near.
It broke our hearts to lose you but you did not go alone,
for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
