Helen Mc Kinless
McKINLESS (Antrim) Helen RIP, Marie, Michael, Catherine, Philomena, Stephen and Andrew, their spouses and partners, would like to express their sincere thanks to all those who travelled to Antrim, to sympathise with us in our recent bereavement.
We would expressly like to thank Canon Sean Emerson PP, St Comgall's Antrim, who celebrated the Requiem Mass, Fr Jain Mathew who came late at night to give the Last Rites and to Fr David Aksenczuk, who prayed with us at the grave whilst we were laying mammy to her rest. We thank them for their empathy and spiritual support.
We would also like to thank all those who attended the Wake, bringing sympathy and support, for which we are all so grateful. Sincere thanks also to all who sent mass cards, sympathy cards or who left messages in our social media pages.
We would like to thank the staff of Glenkeen House, in particular, Michelle and Pruschella, who were so kind to mammy in the thirteen years she was resident in Glenkeen House, Randalstown. Further thanks go to Martin McKinless, Chair of Ballinderry Shamrock's GAA Club for hosting us after the funeral, and Maureen and Raphael McKinless and the girls in the hub, for facilitating the very welcome refreshments.
Sincere thanks also to Cassidy Funeral Directors, Ballinderry, who dealt with both ourselves and mammy in the most respectful manner. Nothing was too much for Mark, who guided us through what was a traumatic time for our family. We will always remember your kindness.
Thanks to Margaret Anne and Patrick for the beautiful singing and music.
Mammy, you were always there when we needed you, no task too great or small, with a loving heart and willing hand, for us you did it all. God bless and keep you mammy, our love and thanks for all you've done, we know that God has given you, the crown you've truly won. We were blessed by your love mammy, we will always remember you.
Helen's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Joseph's Church, Antrim, on Friday 20 December 2024 at 7.00 p.m.
Our lady of Knock pray for her.
