A Service of Thanksgiving will be held in Mountpottinger Methodist Church
Albertbridge Road, Belfast on Friday 21st October at 12.00 noon followed
by committal in Roselawn Crematorium.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to Friends of the Cancer Centre c/o S Lyle Funeral Directors 41 Shore Road, Belfast BT15 3PG.
