We the family of the late Gerard Donnelly would like to thank all those who sympathised with us on our sad bereavement.
Gerard was a devoted husband to Mary a much-loved father to Emma,Michelle, Claire & Paul
A cherished Granda, to Aimee, Matthew, Darrie, Sophia, Mason & Nina, & brother to Vincent.
We would like to thank those who attended the wake and Funeral Mass, to those who sent mass cards, sympathy cards and expressed their condolences and who brought refreshments and to family, friends and Neighbours who helped out in anyway.
A special thank you to Fr Heagney for the beautiful funeral service, to Pat Casey, Gerry Cunningham & Emma McBennett for the beautiful music and singing during the service. To Linda Daly who provided the flowers in the chapel, to Quinn’s Corner for the refreshments after the funeral. To the Grave diggers who prepared Gerard’s resting place.
We send our sincere and deep appreciation to the Trust Carers who provided excellent care and support to Gerard during his long illness. We would also like to thank his Social Worker, OT, Physio, also to Kathleen and all the staff in Junction/ Willowbank day care centre where Gerard attended. Dr O’Donnell GP Medical centre Coalisland, Medi Care Chemist Dungannon, the District nurses, Palliative Care nurses, the acute team who attended Gerard in last months of his illness. We were truly blessed to have the professionalism care and support for Gerard.
We extend our deepest thanks to PJ Quinn and Son Funeral Services who managed the wake and funeral in the most professional and dignified manner. Your support and guidance were invaluable to us throughout this time.
It is impossible to thank everyone individually, but please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our heartfelt appreciation to all those who paid their respects in any way.
Gerard’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday 20th December at 7.30 pm Mass in St. Patrick’s Chapel, Eglish
Daddy you may be gone but the love and laughter you gave will stay with us forever deeply missed every day xx
