McGOVERN Frank. Passed away May 1, 2020 peacefully at Clifton Nursing Home (formerly of 12 New Lodge Road). Dearly beloved husband of the late Isabel and father to the late Seamus and Gerard. Deeply regretted by his entire family circle.
