We the family of the late Frank McAleer RIP would like to thank everyone and to express our heartfelt appreciation to all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad bereavement. Our sincere gratitude to family, friends, neighbours and wider community who helped in countless way during this difficult time. Those who organised and helped at the wake, neighbours who assisted with parking and to all those individuals and local businesses who provided refreshments, we are externally grateful. Sincere thanks to those who attended Daddy’s wake, funeral Mass, those who sent letters, Mass cards, sympathy cards, social media messages and floral tributes.
Special word of thanks to Fr O’Dwyer for his spiritual support and pastoral care during Daddy’s illness and for the beautiful Requiem Mass. Also sincere thanks to the staff of Errigal Medical Centre and in particular the devotion of the nurses who carried out their duties with dignity and professionalism. We would also like to thank Orla and Nicola for the beautiful funeral hymns, Mary Rafferty for the beautiful floral arrangements and the staff of Canavan’s who catered for the funeral refreshments.
A final thank you to Paudge and the staff of Quinn Funeral Directors on the kind and dignified manner in which they conducted the funeral arrangements.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually and to those who have been so supportive we trust our acknowledgment will express our sincere and everlasting gratitude to you. The holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
Daddy’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday 17th May at 7pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballygawley.
