Evelyn Daly, peacefully at Foyle Hospice. 15 August 2023.

Evelyns month mind will be celebrated on Tuesday 12th September at Holy Family Chapel at 7.15pm.
Evelyns sons, sisters, brothers and wider family circle wish to express their sincere heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathized with us following our recent sad bereavement.

We would like to say a word of thanks to the doctors and nurses at Oakleaf Medical, especially Dr Mc Cafffery and Dr Duffy, for all their compassion and care showed to Evelyn throughout her illness.
Thank you to all staff in Ward 50 who cared for Evelyn during her time there.
Thank you to the Foyle Hospice doctors, nurses and all staff that made Evelyn very comfortable in their care, we are beyond grateful and you’s will forever be in our prayers for the dignified way in which you cared for Evelyn and made her last days as peaceful as possible.
To Father Joe Gormley, we want to extend a massive thank you for the lovely requiem mass, home, hospital and hospice visits in the recent months as Evelyn fought her illness. The presence of God and guidance you offered Evelyn in her final weeks we will never forget.
To everyone who provided food for the wake or helped in anyway, we thank you.
To Sean and Jimmy of Carr Funeral Services, thank you for the dignified and professional manner in which you carried out Evelyns funeral.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our appreciation.
