MERCER – Elizabeth (Lilian) passed away peacefully with family by her side on 10th September 2020. Much loved Mother of Grace, Karen, and Jim. Beloved sister of Peggy and Ernie, Aunt of Janet and Devoted Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
