Dale Lewis HAYES
29th October 2021 suddenly at home Leafair Park,
Dearly loved husband of Aoife, devoted father of Corey, Alea, Bradley, Zoe, Kasey, and Tyler.
A private funeral will take place in Lakelands Crematorium.
Sadly missed by his beloved dogs and cats.
