I knew Alastair back in the late 60,s early 70,s on the Island , where we had so many laughter filled days around Browns Bay and Port Muck. He had an infectious grin and lovely personality ,i look back on those days with great affection . Alastair , Myself and John Niblock passing the days talking nonsense. i also remember a day in Larne Harbour where he was in the bowels of a coaster taking a marine engine apart .We were in our element .
