Dear Loving family of Fr. John,
I don't know if you remember Joe and I (Bobbie Chaplinski) but I worked for/with Fr. John for many years. We became very close and he became part of our family. We travelled to Ireland for the anniversary of 50 years of his (and Fachtna's) ordination and met many of you which was glorious. He always spoke so lovingly of his family and missed you always.... it brings comfort to know you were by his side. We sincerely will pray for all of you .. that the Lord will bring you peace. Fr. John was a unique and wonderful person and we were all blessed to have him in our lives. He was kind, and loving and thoughtful. He brought peace and love and acceptance to so many people. We know he is now in heaven rejoicing and we rejoice with him and for him.
