I have very fond memories of growing up with Neil as a cousin. Neil was always the calm when any storm was raging around him. Knowledgeable, honourable and dedicated. We played many sports together and Neil always won as he was a tremendous athlete. My childhood was all the better for being around you, so thank you. You are now in a place of wonder and happiness that you deserve through the life you led.
