Christopher (Christy) SHEERIN
With a broken heart, Christy’s wife Breege and her son and daughters and the wider family circle would like to express heartfelt thanks for the kindness and continued support shown to us, a family, following the loss of Christy.
We are very grateful for all those who attended the wake, sent flowers, to those who left donations in lieu of flowers to the Foyle Hospice, sent mass cards, messages of condolences, offered prayers and attended Christy’s funeral and for those who travelled to be with us.
Also, a special thank you to Christy’s relatives on both sides of the family and his dear friends and neighbours.
A sincere appreciation to those who generously provided food and refreshments and helped during the wake.
A special word of thanks to Dr. Lalsingh for his compassionate care of Christy, and staff of Clarendon Medical, and those who cared for Christy in Altnagelvin Hospital.
A special word of thanks to Pamela, Dr. O'Doherty, Dr. Sweeney, Melissa and Caroline of the Foyle Hospice Home Care team, who cared so much for Christy in his final days.
A sincere thank you to Father Gerard Mongan for his beautiful personal mass, and also to the singers and musicians Charlene, Damien, Orlaith and Conor.
A special thank you to Kieran and the staff at W J O'Brien’s funeral directors, Eglinton, who carried out Christy’s funeral with dignity and respect.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please take this acknowledgement as a token of sincere appreciation and gratitude.
