Brigid DELANEY
Passed away peacefully on 10th December 2024 in Mater Hospital.
Beloved daughter of the late Gerry and Mary RIP. Much loved sister of Jennie and the late Billy (Canada), and sister-in-law Anne. Lifelong friend of Ursula, loving aunt of nephew Damien, his wife Ciara and great nieces Leah and Aimee, and her loving nieces Lisa and Corinne. She will be sadly missed by her many circle of friends in teaching, golf, the Samaritans and St Gerard’s parish community.
Brigid will be reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Home, 116-118 Donegall Street, Belfast, BT1 2GX until Thursday 12th December when her remains will be removed to her late home. Visitors are welcome from 4pm.
Requiem Mass will be held in St Gerard’s Church, Antrim Road, Belfast on Friday 13th December at 11.00am followed by the burial in St John’s Cemetery, Somerset Drive, Coleraine BT51 3BY. Mass can be viewed live at https://mcn.live/Camera/st-gerards-church-newtownabbey.
