We, the family of the late Brendan (R.I.P) would like to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks and appreciation to everyone that sympathised with us during this sad and difficult time of our bereavement.
We have been overwhelmed by the support and kindness shown to use by our relatives, friends, and wider community.
Thank you to everyone that sent Mass/sympathy cards, sent messages through text and social media, to those who helped at the family home and sent food during the wake, to those that called to the wake and attended the funeral or viewed online. We are forever grateful and took comfort from your support.
A special thank you to the team from the emergency services who attended to Daddy's aid.
To Fr Donnelly for calling to daddy's home on the evening of his passing and the days after.
To Fr Mc Devitt for his support and guidance over the days we waited for daddy to return home and the days after.
Thank you for the meaningful funeral mass which was offered with such respect.
Thank you to Aine for the beautiful music, To Paul from PB marquee hire for the marquee provided,
to the grave diggers who prepared Daddy's final resting place
and to our Mummy who provided the beautiful food after the funeral.
We would like to thank Jude of Thomas Quigley & son Funeral Directors for the support and guidance over the days we waited for daddy to return home and the professional and dignified manner in which the wake and funeral arrangements were carried out. Your support was invaluable and for this we will be forever grateful.
As it is impossible to thank everyone personally, we hope you will accept this acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt gratitude.
