Brendan Conlan
Acknowledgement from the family of Brendan Conlan R.I.P.
The family would like to express our heartfelt thanks and gratitude with those that sympathised with us on our recent bereavement. We would like to thank all those that sent messages, mass cards, attended the wake, brought food & helped at the wake in any way.
We would also like to thank each and every person that attended the funeral and watched online, especially the family circle in USA & Canada who couldn’t be with us at this sad time. It gave us great comfort to know how well Daddy was thought of.
We extend our eternal thanks to the emergency services for their quick response to the scene of the accident and to the outstanding ICU team at the RVH Hospital who cared for Daddy in such a caring & dignified way.
A special word of thanks to Fr. Tremer for celebrating the Requiem Mass in the thoughtful way he did and also to Fr. Boyle for his additional support and prayers.
Thank you to Ciara Fox Music & Donald Canavan for their beautiful music at the chapel. We also thank Andy who provided the bagpipe instrumental laments that led Daddy to his final place of rest.
Our sincere thanks to Lavery’s undertakers, Conan & Pat for the professional, dignified & compassionate way they carried out the funeral, also, a word of thanks to the gravediggers.
Finally, we thank Forbes Club & Thatch Bar for providing food & refreshments after the funeral.
As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation to all those that paid their respects in anyway.
Daddy’s Month Mind Mass will be celebrated on Monday 25th November 2024 at 7:30pm in the Church of The Immaculate Conception, Moortown.
Scared Heart of Jesus, have Mercy on his Soul.
