Breda WOOLSEY (née Kennedy)
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Breda Woolsey (née Kennedy), Carryduff, Belfast, and formerly of Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, who passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, following an illness very bravely borne, 30th December 2024.
Predeceased by her mother, Bridie Kennedy.
Breda was the much loved wife of Patrick and adored mother of Anna and Tom. She will be forever loved and sadly missed by her father Patrick, her sisters Marie, Fiona, Sinéad, and Karen, her brothers Matthew and Rory, her sisters-in-law Anne and Bernie, Brenda (Garry), and Geraldine (James), her brothers-in-law Peter and Ray, Paul (Ashling), Edmund (Joanne), Stephen (Faye) and Brian, along with her cherished nieces and nephews, her aunts and uncles, her relatives, neighbours, and a large circle of friends.

Breda will be Reposing at O'Kane's Funeral Home, 2 St Jude’s Avenue, Belfast BT7 2GZ, on Wednesday, 1st January, from 12pm until 3pm.
Breda's Requiem Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, 2nd January, at 1pm, in the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, 546 Saintfield Rd, Carryduff, Belfast, BT8 8EU, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
