We, the family of Bernadette Quinn, wish to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who offered sympathy and condolences and supported us in our recent very sad bereavement.

We appreciate all the kind and thoughtful messages, cards, letters and words from everyone, near and far. Thank you to all who attended Mum's Requiem Mass and burial. Thank you to our McBrearty and Quinn relatives for all their kindness during Mum’s illness and their support at the wake and funeral. To those who made a donation to the Marie Curie nurses in lieu of flowers, thank you.

Our gratitude is extended to Doctor Deehan, Doctor Rodgers, the staff at Strule Medical Practice and the staff at Bradley’s Pharmacy, Mullaghmore.

We also wish to thank the daily carers Ann, Chloe, Julie, Sylvia and their colleagues. Thank you to Catherine, the District nurse and her colleagues. Thank you to Naomi and Bromie from the Foyle Hospice team and their colleagues. You all looked after Mum so diligently with great care and compassion. With your help we were able to look after Mum at home, which was her wish.
Thank you to the Marie Curie nurses who supported us and Mum in her final days. We will be forever grateful to you.

Thank you to Father Kevin McElhennon for visiting Mum during her illness and conducting and celebrating the Requiem Mass and burial. Thank you to Father Joe Gormley for concelebrating the Requiem Mass. Thank you to Father Declan McGeehan and Father Eugene Hassan for their support. Thank you to Bernie Devlin for the lovely music in the Church and to Liam Queally for his poignant playing of the violin at the graveside, Caife 32 for preparing sandwiches, to the Village Inn for the refreshments in the Parish Hall, to the gravediggers and to Patsy Kerlin (Kerlin Memorials).

We extend a special thank you to the teachers and pupils of Recarson Primary School for their gesture, as a mark of respect, in forming a guard of honour at the Church.

To our neighbours from Knocksilla Park who supported us and for their mark of respect on the day of the funeral. Thank you.

Finally we would like to thank most sincerely Peter O’Kane for carrying out the funeral arrangements in a caring, dignified and professional manner.

Mum’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 8th December at 11am in St Mary’s Church, Killyclogher.
