Ann FRAZER
The Frazer family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to everyone who supported
and sympathized with them during the recent loss of Ann who was a devoted wife, mother,
sister, mother-in-law, grandmother and great grandmother.
We deeply appreciate those who visited our home, sent mass and sympathy cards, sent flowers,
provided food, assisted with refreshments during the wake and attended the funeral, especially
those who travelled long distances. Your kindness and support during this difficult time have
been truly overwhelming.
We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who cared for Ann over the past few
years. This includes Reablement Team, Strabane District Carers, Northwest Carers, District Nurses,
Foyle Hospice, Murphy's Chemist, all the staff at Altnagelvin Hospital and Doctors & District Nurses at City View Medical.
We sincerely thank Fr. Lagan for his visit to Ann during her final weeks and Fr. Canny and everyone
who participated in Ann’s requiem mass. A special thanks to Una Dunne for her beautiful songs during
the mass.
Our family would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to W. J. O’Brien & Son, Funeral Directors,
for their exceptional and highly professional service.
We are immensely grateful to everyone for their unwavering support during this incredibly sad and difficult
time. We cannot thank you enough and will be forever grateful.
Ann’s Month's Mind Mass will be taking place in St Columb’s Church, Chapel Rd, Derry at 10:00 am on
Sunday 29th September.
Dearly missed and forever loved by all, gone but not forgotten.
