Angela KEARNEY
The Kearney family wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement of their beloved wife, mother and grandmother Angela. The family were touched by the love and support given to them by their relatives, friends and neighbours and would like to thank everyone for their kindness and for helping to celebrate Angela's life.
The family will forever be grateful to those who cared for Angela in her final days, the Hospice team, Marie-Curie nurses, the Acute care team,Quayside medical practice and District nurses who looked after her with huge kindness throughout her illness.
We would also like to thank her Consultant Dr Forgie and her secretary Caoimhe Gallagher for their kindness to Angela and for always treating her with huge dignity and patience.
The family would also like to thank W J O'Brien & Son funeral directors, Eglinton, for their care and compassion and Father McCaughey for the time he spent with the family during some very difficult days and for the beautiful funeral service.
We would also like to thank the staff of Sainsburys and Patricia's Coffee House for their kindness and courtesy to our father Jimmy.
There are so many people who have supported the family throughout Angela's illness and it would be impossible to name them all but the family will be eternally grateful to each and every person.
She was a force of nature and will be missed each and every day. She survived many dark and traumatic times and we hope she is finally at peace.
Angela's Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 25 May 2024 at 6pm in St Patrick's Church, Pennyburn.
