August 9th 2024, peacefully at hospital.

Dearly loved husband of Elizabeth (Beth), much loved father of Lorraine, her husband Ian, Eddie, his wife Janette, Arlene, her late husband Eric and close friend Leslie, Arlene’s partner. He was a loving grandfather, great-grandfather and brother.

A Service of Thanksgiving will be held in Kilbride Parish Church, Doagh on Wednesday 14th August at 11.00 a.m., followed by interment in Ballyclare Cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Alzheimer’s Society online via flemingandcuthbert.co.uk or by telephone (028 93344242 Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm).

Somewhere in the sunset, where love never dies, he’s gone to rest, free from troubles and pain. I’ve loved and lost for a while. God bless.

Although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay.
God broke our hearts to prove to us that he only takes the best.
